Undoubtedly his family will sue the city for A. Lack of authority in trying to keep the people away from deadly objects
And B. Not having warning labels properly displayed around the statue.

I would like to have a follow-up on this in about 6 months once a lawyer gets with his family.

It was probably a statue of MLK, Malcolm X, or Spike Lee so this statue story is a non-issue.
