Protest relevant statistic thread.

Hey guys,
In the weeks to come, I foresee debating with quite a few people on the merits and faults of the BLM movement and protest.
I would like to be armed with facts and real statistics to back my argument.
If anybody has any relevant stats, WITH SOURCES, could you please post them in this thread.
Examples:
- The # Black people were killed by Police this year compared to White People.
- The % of total crime committed by Black people as compared to white people. Etc.
Remember, please provide a source.

Probably about even because you said all crime. Violent crime I will guess black ppl are responsible for over 60%...keep in mind they make up less than 20% of the population

It is. I think it is pretty fricking piss-poor that in 2015 a newspaper is the best database on fatal police shootings, but I applaud all of their effort. I want to say they ended up with nearly double the fatal LEO shootings than any other government data showed, mostly due to the lack of a cohesive reporting system for agencies.
