I’d look at BR in the Kenilworth, Tara, Pollard etc…. Areas if you work in BR at all. The commute from Zachary sucks arse. I-110 may as well be the interstate in a developing country. It is HORRIBLE. And Dangerous to travel regularly. Prairieville to and from BR is a parking lot most of the time on major roads.

Prairieville is basically Baton Rouge now. If it were up to me, I’d choose Zachary/Central

Not even close, but ok.

Unless you work down towards AP, definitely Zachary. It feels like more of a real town versus a loose agglomeration of development. A lot of the neighborhoods also seem better thought out.

Actually, my point was I wish they'd leave all that beautiful pastureland for the cows, but I know that aint gonna happen.

Easy solution... buy all that beautiful pastureland for its future value if developed. I'm sure the owner would agree.

Zachary is pretty much just north Baton Rouge at this point.

I did. Used to deliver out to National Fabricators and PMW back in the early 90s. Before Santa Maria and all the construction. Quite a change in 32 years.
