"Product of USA/Mexico"? Say what?

Label says this watermelon is a product of USA/Mexico. So what, it was grown on a raft in the Rio Grande?

Unless of course on some rarefied economic plane, we're already all one country.

Half was grown in Mexico; the other in California.
