How often do you rely on this person to keep your children?
That seems to be the question no one asked on the first page, anyway.
If it's just every once in a while, it's probably not a big deal.
If it's often (more than once or twice a month), then you've got to be comfortable with the fact that if you're going to pay someone else to raise your children rather than you raising them yourself, doing it differently than the way you would do it is a problem that isn't going to go away.
Like they say. If you want something done right, you have to do it yourself.
That's never more true than when talking about raising children.
You're not going to be able to outsource that one and demand 100% compliance. It just won't happen.

I have never seen those monkey vids.
However, if you did not watch it until the point the monkey used the bath bomb - you were never a real fan.
