I don't know of a major router brand that doesn't support this for free. Even better, it can almost always be scheduled: School days, no Youtube. Saturday from 7-10 when sitter is there, no Youtube, etc.

Baw, I got tired of my kids accessing those shite videos on YouTube.
So I deleted YouTube.
They forget it ever existed within 48 hours.

What's the real problem here? That you don't know what to say to her? Or that you're afraid you'll come across as a micro-managing creeper?
I guess, how do we tell her without scaring her off?
I get it, they can be a handful, two of them, etc. but man, no monkey in diaper shopping for grocery videos.

Kids shows on YouTube are 99% product placement.
We don’t let our kids watch YouTube period

Not sure why that video triggers you so much but it's your house, your kids, and your rules. If she is insubordinate, fire her.

"Hey, look we think you're a really good babysitter, and we want you to continue to be our babysitter. But we check our cameras occasionally while we're out and we know that you've been showing those videos to the kids. We've asked you before to please not do so. I'm going to ask one more time. Can we trust you? Or are we going to have to find another babysitter?"

Only Ms. Rachel in our house.

Tell her to stop.
Then tell her you only allow, He-Man, G.I. Joe, Transformers and thundercat cartoons to be played.
And if you see Care Bears being played, she’ll turn up missing.

We have thought about it.

We have, Ms. Rachel and some simple song videos.
you wont let your kids watch a monkey shopping for groceries but you let them watch a channel that has promoted

-Palestinian propaganda

OP deserves to be banished to the Mizzou board for 1) posting a video of a stupid monkey and 2) not posting a picture of the babysitter

Fire her if she isn’t respecting your wishes.
For reference my 4 year old gets way too much tablet time, lil dick casually told me this morning that I was going to die, yeah he’s done with all that.
Sooo… don’t be me

i dont have kids but im preemptively concerned about all the brainrot ai slop for kids on youtube. not to mention the perverted stuff.
kids programming should be very intentional with pacing etc. so as to not overstimulate. we got some real freaks coming down the pipeline that were raised by ipads.
