Elfishly ironic to work in your personal taste here.

I used to not give a frick aside from being disgusted by it as a heterosexual male. Now, in modern 2025 and for about the last 10 years as democrats have tried to normalize it in everyday life as they try to condition people, specifically children, to think that half of the population likes to suck dick, it is appropriate to push back against it and call it for what it is: pure propaganda

I like how Samuel L Jackson always says MF. Like that time they had all those MF snakes on that MF plane. But it doesn't work for everyone. Why is it funnier when black people use profanity? If Tom Hanks says MF it wouldn't be funny.

What do you think about adults who say they were watching something on TV but had to turn it off because of the language or content?

A person not wanting to watch a show because they don't like it isn't really divisive. Not sure why I would care if cussing in a show bothers someone.

It's not going to make me not finish the show, but the final season of Stranger Things it's actually pretty annoying that the kids (now adults) say god damn every sentence. Or a supposed middle and high schoolers in the 80's shout "shite shite shite god damnit" in front of their parents and the parents are like "Awww honey what's the matter?" They'd be getting their arse beat. The cussing is annoying.

I don’t talk to people about movies or tv shows since there is a 99.5% chance I haven’t watched it and won’t ever watch it.

There isn’t anything compelling about sitting and wasting time in front of a tv screen unless sports or hetero porn or both is on it.

What do I think? Well, funny you asked - - - - I think people have the right to turn off their tv for whatever reason they want and further think they should be able to do so without judgment or online topics being started about them.

Thanks. I've been waiting a while to get that of my chest. Very theraputic. Great job OP

Only took three post for someone to talk about what’s always on their mind.

Queers and gay dudes this time.

When I read “language or content”.
I was thinking language and all the violence. What shows are you watching.

The real question is: Are people so devoid of morals and scruples and a sense of decorum that they are willing to accept anything as entertainment?

I worked with some girl back in like 2010, right when all the woke SJW bullshite was starting. She was a proud SJW and told me sternly that she would never watch the sopranos again because Tony used a slur against homosexuals.

I told her that was crazy because the whole show revolves around him ripping people off and ruining the lives of working people, but a bad word is what turns your stomach.

she then lectured me for using the word "crazy" because it was offensive.

Note really sure what media you are referring to.
I listen to sports radio espn. Fox. Plus 2 local channels. I follow sports online on various sights.
The only time I come across gay and queer talk is here. And it is all the time on here. Regardless if that is what the op is about.

IDK if this fits into what you are talking about but ever since having kids, I can't watch anything about children being harmed/kidnapped/etc.
