Pro BR Bypass Toll Crowd: you might want to reconsider.

The Austin bypass 130 toll that runs East of Seguin to Georgetown is failing miserably to meet revenue and traffic projections. The last I checked it was at 40% of forecast. Plus the TXdot company contracted to collect tolls is a joke along with the toll owners & TX dot cannot terminate the agreement. Other ATX tolls are doing better like 45 & North MOPAC. the mopac expansion is years behind schedule. The Tolls/ MOPAC scheduling/planning/Constuction were complete shite shows too. frickin Aggie engineers. Voters turned down the big rail plan. It would have worked. For now traffic in Austin is a complete shite show. BR should be careful for what you all wish for.

A toll road not meeting revenue isnt a disaster. as long as the road is there it is a good thing

A loop around BR would be beautiful and there's no conceivable way it wouldn't help. At least a lot of the truck traffic would use it.

Yeah the toll road crew has WILDY optimistic projects on timeline, cost and usage. This is a perfect example of a fiasco in the making.

You sound like the typical head in the sand BR is better than you tard. There is more to consider in the planning phase for a BR bypass. Texas highways laugh at Louisiana's shite roads.
