bullshite. It wasn’t misguided. Especially at the time with all the bullshite that was going on.

But credit is due. Tate has been very good for the university. As previously stated he really seems to get where we are and what we should be offering students.

I wouldn’t say it was misguided. The skepticism was legitimate based on his past but he has been better and more level header since starting the job

SUMMARY OF TATES SPEACH TO LSUHSC GRADS:

NOLA cultural mix led to Jazz, which led to Hip Hop which is dominant art from in world. Hip Hop culture has 4 elements are somehow parallel to being an LSUHSC student:
1. DJ = the teachers
2. MC = the parents/family
3. Break Dancers = students pushed to breaking point.
4. Grafitti = the students notes.

It was bad, really bad.

I think he had no intention of commending or attempting to inspire a mostly white graduating class.
