No, both sides struggle with this. Go to the Poli Board and start a topic that offers anything less than pure, unadulterated devotion to their God-Emperor and watch them melt down and call you all the names in their verbal arsenal.

My Company used our Safety Meeting time for all that Diversity garbage. I guess you can say I got away with saying a lot because I wouldn't hold my tongue. The reason I got away with it was I was on my way out anyway (retirement).

Just make sure you get everything they do in writing and record conversations. That way you can sue for discrimination.

What you said was pretty tone deaf, but I don’t think you should lose your job over it. A dumb opinion is still just an opinion.

Regardless of you political views or those of the organization you work for, it is never advisable to express personal political beliefs. Day one shite.

I just played golf with a buddy who works for Google and is a conservative. He said other than a small group of coworkers, no one will ever know at work. He's 100% afraid he will lose his job.

Think about how crazy that is. He's afraid he'll be fired because of how he votes.

It's now socially acceptable to promote one side of the spectrum at work. Hell, HR does seminars pushing CRT and queer stuff.

It's interesting to me how the right has become the counterculture while the left is the establishment. Reversed from the 50s and 60s.

That's CRT, bud. If your company accepts federal funding of any sort (contracts, grants, etc) send HR an anonymous note or e-mail threatening to report it to the Feds.

I'd just mute the call and frick around online or something.

Nothing good happens in those situations.

Assume ironic obtuse question.

Wait, so you moronic downvoters don't know "how" Breonna was a criminal? Stay away from my kids please.

My company literally set a goal of something like 45% non-white personnel in management. So, if you happen to suffer the indignity of being born with a melanin deficiency, you're at a decided disadvantage in being selected to move up into management.

Buddy of mine who is as white as David Duke's sheet actually identified as non-white, non-Hispanic when he applied at the company. Not sure how they'll handle that if he ever tries to move up. But, he jokes that he's the token minority on our crew.

We had an I&D Townhall last week. I sat there with my mic and camera off. That’s what they want anyhow. I tuned in and went and did some housework while they talked about their feelings

I guess I've managed to skirt around all of this bs my entire career so far. I've had to watch a few employee training videos but just the kind that you minimize and let play on mute. I've never had an in person forum or anything like that.

I make every effort to keep my personal and political opinions to myself these days.
