I showed up for an appointment at a client's house and his grandkid that age was in the front yard. He ran up and hugged my legs... I've never met any of them before.

Prayers and condolences to you and your family. I know this gives no solace to the pain, but life gives us all pain in small, large, different and sometimes similar circumstances that we will never be able to understand.

Prayers sent. Stay strong in the Lord my friend. Had they given him any type of shots? I had one on my best friends child die because of shots, and my son almost died because of shots also.

If he received any medication at the hospital, especially IV fluids, it’s possible a fatal medication error occurred. I used to work in the IV admixture room at a large hospital. In the year I was there I recall two fatal “sentinel events” involving IV fluid medication errors.
I’m sure they are considering that possibility in the investigation. I pray you get answers.

Prayers redstick.
We have 4 kids including a 3 year old son.
My wife had a miscarriage at 16 weeks and it was the hardest time of my life.
I can't imagine going through that at that age.

He was receiving saline and glucose through an IV. The doctors and nurse were having a great deal of trouble with his IV from the very beginning. They could not get it to flow properly. When he went into arrest his IV bag had run empty and my wife was begging the doctor to remove the IV.

OMG!!! Words will never be enough, but please know that my heart is breaking for you and your family. My son was taken at 22, 15 years ago and it’s been a hard road. May you be gently carried along the path of grief. Bless you.
