I haven’t been here long but have seen people post prayer requests.
Please pray for me as I am facing a major medical challenge.

If anxiety is an issue, check out stoicism. It's not a religious thing at all. It's just a way of seeing the world a little bit differently and it helped tremendously w/ my anxiety.
You just asking others directly for a bit of help is a fantastic step in the right direction.
