My mother does endurance racing in the southeast and has been all over the world racing or helping on races. Intense sport although this sounds a little different.

It takes physical strength to ride a horse for even 30 minutes if you are doing anything more than a leisurely trail ride.
I’m kind of surprised I don’t know her.

I believe Dan Carlin in his podcast on Khan said that 20% of the modern population of Central Asia is a decedent from Khan. He was a prolific baby maker as he conquered Asia.
