Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Chili’s, etc get more hate than deserved. I really don’t believe that one couldn’t find “something” to like at those chain restaurants if they were honest with themselves

Ha. I was coming to post that boiled crabs are the biggest waste of time in the history of food. All that cracking, prying and pulling, just to get some tiny pieces of meat mixed with gill gristle or water spider guts. I say let some Chinese fella or machine do all that work, then put it on top of a steak with some garlic butter. That’s how you eat crab.

Generally agree with you when it comes to smaller crabs (blue crabs). Dungeness crabs are a different story
