The lead vocalist for a band called Amity Affliction had a terrible seizure from drinking too much and heat exhaustion during a show, almost died, and he wrote these lyrics in their next song:

Not particularly clever or anything but they cut right to the chase, and the way the chorus is composed and sung, it hits you in the feels.
