Yeah, what self-respecting terrorist would attack an anchor store at a large shopping center in a metropolitan area during the Christmas shopping season. I'm NOT saying this was necessarily a "dry run", but it's not unheard of for terrorists to hit soft targets.

True story, ran into some Muslims with a white van taking pictures of the bridges. We noticed them looking in our car and ran off when we chased them. Called the cops and they took finger prints off the car.
