There used to be some absolute shite can planes that flew out of that private airport next to AEX on contracts with homeland security taxing illegal immigrants around. Always thought it was a matter of time before one of them didn’t make it where it was going.

A bit of an unrelated topic but I’ve been going down the flightradar24 app rabbit hole. There are some odd international flights that come in and out of Alexandria. Does anyone know what that’s about? Many of the planes are listed as cargo but the have “N/A” labeled flight plans like the military aircraft do.

Could be JRTC rotations. Either foreign militaries or American troops stationed overseas coming back to train.
