Developing... NATCHEZ — The Natchez Police Department is investigating the discovery of a suspicious package at the Doctor’s Pavilion adjacent to Merit Health Natchez.

Natchez Poilice Chief Danny White said the hospital called NPD Tuesday morning to report a suspicious package about the size of a soda can wrapped in black plastic discovered in one of the Doctor’s Pavilion’s public bathrooms. White said a man found the package Tuesday morning and brought it to the attention of the staff at the Doctor’s Pavilion.

So it really could be a possible anything smaller than or equal to in size to about a soda can.

I've got $5 on a rolled up pair of shitty underwear. If there is a prop for initials written on the tag I'll drop another $5 on with initials.

If this happened this morning (even if it was in the 11 oclock hr) shouldn't there be more information?

I worked there many years ago. It was so bad that I'd have volunteered to jump on the bomb to end my suffering.

If it's a bomb then better chance it was left by Christian conservative tea bagger than radical muslim living in Natchez.

Rumor from people in the area is that it detonated at the location they took it to. Nothing confirmed though.

That's some real fricking outstanding logic. How many times has a Christian tried to blow up a public building?

The KKK had strong Christian values right? Was Timothy Mcveigh Christian? I think he is saying.. whoever it is, is more likely to be Christian than Muslim.. Not that the reason they set a bomb has anything to do with religion.

I know Natchez has a mosque on every corner and all, but I think the Christian population is slightly higher than any other religion in Natchez.

The only explosions happening in the Natchez/Vidalia area are from meth labs.
