No that is a separate issue from this. There is no American Airlines ATC tower.

10-4. My American Airlines app says we are boarding in 10 minutes. We will see.

So, was this posted earlier today? If not, then I fail to understand the timing, as it's 4:43 PM CST.

Actually there have been several positive tests over the last several days. But don't let facts get in the way of your tantrum.

I really wish I had an ultralight.

I would be buzzing buildings left and right.

Idk, it's from the link Arse posted. I just pointed out to him that was a separate issue.

It was a scheduled shutdown from 3 to 5:30pm. Airlines knew about it in advance.

When was the last time DFW airspace was that clear? Had to be 9/11

Unless there's been an ice event or other severe weather outbreak in the DFW area recently, which they are known to get...

March, April and may this year there were virtually no flights. I live near Love Field and it was strange not hearing planes overhead. It's really just the past month that I've noticed them again.

So somebody tested positive who was in the tower working?

Aren’t they doing daily rapid antigen tests on people going into the towers?

If a person tests negative one day then positive the next wouldn’t their amount of virus be low enough to not be contagious? If they test positive and somehow made it into the tower then that’s a failure on many levels. Especially if this “scorched earth” response was their policy in the event.
