There’s a Michael in my daughter’s PK4 class.
Michael is still common, but I don't see anyone using the nickname Mike
Someone mentioned George, which did disappear for a while, but is making a comeback. I know several young kids named George.

Haven’t met a young Walter in a while, but I have a 4 year old George down the street.

I feel like I haven't seen a young Randall, Robert, or Matthew in a while.

I worked with an Aquanetta.
No lie.
This was in a professional corporate environment. I felt bad for her.

I grew up in the 70s and 80s. Guys my age had names like:
Adam
Steve
Jimmy
Barry
Johnny
Jeremy
Joe
Mike
Phillip
Girls had names like:
Amanda
Elizabeth
Sharon
Melinda
Melanie
Karen
Debbie
Rachel
Beth
But I also remember a guy my age named Talmadge and a girl a couple years older named Berniece. There was also a guy named Waylon in my friend group.

I have 3 millennial step-daughters. Don't get me started on the names of the grandkids AND how they are spelled.

lol, my name is still pretty popular and it ain’t George. Just looked at a list of the top baby names and I am in the top 100. George was not in the top 500.
