I know. I lived in Charlotte for a while and ate Bojangles at least 2 dozen times. Its not in the same league as Popeyes, and the service is the same.

I would eat at Popeyes more if I didnt consistently have shitty, frustrating service there. And I know I shouldnt expect fast food workers to be einsteins but is it too much to ask to not be literally retarded?
I went in there one time and they had signs advertising their loaded fries or whatever. I decided to get some, and the person behind the counter just gave me this confused look. I pointed to the signs that were literally all over the store and she just goes "we havent been trained how to make those yet". Like wtf? You take some fries, throw some cheese and bacon or whatever and put them in the oven til the cheese is melted. I halfway wanted to ask if I could go into the kitchen and make them myself.

I’ve had two “bad” ones but the third was heavenly
