I can't believe people would rather eat mediocre food just so that they can have teenagers kiss their arse and tell them giving them some waffle fries was "their pleasure"

Popeyes could be so awesome if they could get their shite together. Seems like a nation wide issue with them and not just one area.

What do you think that whole "Louisiana Fast" bullshite is? It's code for "We're slow and lazy as shite, but we're gonna pretend that's normal".
Going to Popeyes and thinking you're gonna get what you want in a timely manner is just dumb. You get what the chicken gods think you need and you'll get it when they're damned good and ready.

Burger King has similar issues.
Someone once said that it has to do with the amount of control, or lack thereof, that corporate puts on the franchisees.
McD exerts a high amount of control to, theoretically, give you the same service regardless of location. This doesn’t always work, as some locations suck, but they try to make them uphold standards.
Burger King? Apparently they have virtually no control over the franchisees, meaning the franchisees can run it however they want to. And across the board, it seems to be a case of them running it as badly and with the dumbest employees possible.
Popeyes was in the latter camp before getting bought out by Tim Horton’s, which also owns BK, so I can’t imagine it is any better now.

Canes chicken isn’t that good. I didn’t even like it until my picky arse realized I was fricking up by not eating the sauce. I know, I know..... sorry for my transgressions against that tasty sauce. Chick fil a chicken on the other hand is pretty solid. I dont even need to lather it up in sauce. Well, maybe just a little Polynesian sauce.

back when i worked the TCBY on highland rd about the most gangsta we got was overfilling the yogurt when making an oreo shake so we had some left over to eat from the metal cup when the customer left.

According to someone I graduated with, most of what was going on at TCBY were the counter staff fricking each other whenever the store was empty.

I barely go there, but my order is almost always wrong. Seriously, it's shocking when it is correct.

Canes, chic fil a, and Popeyes are all not that good. Probably had Popeyes and canes 3-4 times each in the last 5 years and chic fil a once in the last 5 years. Never once have I finished a meal from any of them and was overly satisfied with the quality of the food. Popeyes has the worst service by far, canes is the fastest, chic fil a may have the nicest service but they are too slow when busy.
