There are some chains that differ in conditions of certain restaurants... The Old Wendys on Greenwell Springs near Monterey was spotless... You could eat off the floor.. Others around the city weren't as clean.. But There is not ONE Popeyes that was ever that clean... Since the Chick-fil-A opened in Denham along with the new Churches, The popeyes will have a hard time surviving... Now if they would only open A KFC in Denham the world would be a better place... Not sure why there isn't one.....

Just got back from the Popeyes on South Claiborne. The only fast food I really do, and always drive-thru. It's in a 'bad' hood and I have never seen a white person working there. Here's the kicker for you closet racists; they are always fast, very very polite despite having poor speaking skills, and the order is always correct. Kudos to whoever runs this location.

Same as the one on Jefferson Street in Nashville in the heart of the hood. Never had a bad experience. They are always friendly and the place is always clean

I'm gonna be honest, I don't go to Popeyes for the service or the organization. They could tell me 20 times in a row they didn't have chicken that night and to go frick myself and I'd probably be back within the month

I already went to a Popeyes buffet!!!!!

My memory is crap these days but I'm pretty sure that the Popeye's on Loyola in Kenner used to be a buffet.

I can't speak for the other Popeye's around Vegas but the newly opened one by my house in Henderson is excellent. A nice bonus was actually being able to understand what the person at the drive thru was saying.

Popeyes by me in Texas is awesome. Friendly service and has my food ready to go when I get to the the window.

Chic Fil A definitely strives to be better than the rest. I heard around here they are implementing a plan where mothers can order at the drive through, park, then have their table set up with the food ready inside. All so they don't have to stand in line inside with their kids running around. I feel like that's an unessecary option, but at least they try. But even with that, I'm not dealing with the crazy line (I don't care if it goes fast). Around my office, they've got cars stopped in the street for the drive through. I just don't like the food enough to deal with the headache.

Surprise, real-life minimum wage fast food workers aren't the smiling, merry workers portrayed by actors on TV. After a couple times I'd move on to another go-to spot that night but that's just me.

You can call their customer complaint line but you'll get about as much satisfaction as you'll get in this thread.

I have literally never seen this at a Chick-Fil-A, Cane's or Zaxby's. Slightly different food category but no excuse.

I stop in the morning once in awhile for my daughter on the way to school. We park and she goes in and out in less time that the line moves two cars. Seldom do I eat fast food but almost always if I do I go inside. But I'm old and never miss a chance to take a piss anyway.

I go to one every Wednesday after my daughters basketball practice. The sign on the door says it closes at 10:00 but every time we arrive around 8:45 they never have any chicken.

Not being a dick here but why do you keep going to a shitty chicken joint that has no chicken?

The Popeyes in vile platte still has the lunch buffet! Besides that the service is terrible. There's a location in Broussard that is ran like a mom and pop restaurant. The service is incredible and I let those jolly old black women know it every time. By the looks on their faces I can guarantee that I make their day when I complement them.

I get your point and I agree that Popeyes is horribly managed but in fairness it seems like it would be a lot harder to run a Popeyes than a normal fast food place.

Plus Popeyes demographic customer base is a lot harder to deal with than Chick Fil A's customer base.

I left my debit card at Popeye's a while back. Went back 2 days later and the cashier recognized me (from one visit) and said, we have your card! Handed it to me.... made me a customer for life.

Me and my cardiologist are very happy with Popeyes

I went to the one in Morgan City on Christmas Eve at 8pm. It took around 5 minutes from order to food and the girl in the window was the friendliest popeyes employee I ever experienced. I was blown away.

The Popeyes on starring lane is infamous for running out of chicken at like 8:30 pm..WTF.

But nothing beats that spicy chicken fresh out the fryers with their red beans and Cajun mashed potatoes.

I don't know if it still is but it was. I would wreck the buffet in the mid to late 90's. They had everything on the menu on it but the fried shrimp. They did put their popcorn shrimp on it.
