Trying to decide if it would be better to stand up and yell at him to draw every diner's attention to him or just tell him to frick off. I tend to get super pissed when people interrupt my eating (it's a caveman thing I think) so I might have gone with the former.

Yea he was really bold with me also the first time at the gas station. After I first said I had no cash on me, he asked me to go inside and take money out of the ATM... yea right.

She is back, well at least about a month ago was at a gas station Airline/Coursey and her and someone else were trying something
I used to see her 3 times a week at drusilla and Jefferson at that Exxon. After about the 5th time she asked me for gas money I said, wow, you run out of gas a lot...and it's really convenient you always run out right next to this one gas station.

I think he lives with his deaf mother. Her house is about 6-7 miles south of LSU. She works at LSU. He wears LSU gear and mom has that LSU shower curtain.
I could not find out anything about him having a gig though. His brother has a pitbull that lives at his mom's.

Yeah, I've been approached by people saying their medical bills are high, their car broke down and they need money for a cab, etc. These are all illegal? I usually know I'm being scammed, but give them a dollar so they go away, anyway.
