When I ran into him it was Siegen Lane Target parking lot. He had on Saints jersey. It was game day so he knows how to play the part.

This reminds me of a woman who accosted me right as I walked out of the door of a gas station last year. She needed money for gas or something. I immediately noticed she was holding not one but two cell phones in her hand. One of the phones even rang as she was talking to me. She followed me to my car like I was going to give her money and was surprised when I waved her off. I never give money to people off the street for any reason whatsoever. I only give to charities to ensure the recipient is legit.

yeah that is him. Remember him from football games in 2012. He came up to me and i was about to give him some money, roommate said no, he had asked him last week. Guy said he could make $200 a day easy doing that scam.

The girl with the broken key came up to me at Walmart. First words out of her mouth were "you're not a pervert are you". i said no and she asked asked for 20 dollars so she could tow her car. She was giving me an out gave me an out for her to leave me alone and I didn't take it
