That 15% property tax hike will come in pretty handy. It's even better when the assessor's office can just do it so there is not pesky vote needed.

It also didn’t help that after Katrina the police force was down significantly and Mitch Landrieu didn’t put a priority on hiring more officers.

They elected her dumbass twice and recently failed to recall her. I love NOLA, but at this point they get what they deserve.
