So if you have a small gifted kid in school and he is jumped be a gang which is what happened in 1971, the teachers are just suppose to stand by while this kid is kicked to death? Kids are bullied. Fights are not all two kids who think they are bad asses. Sometimes it is an unfair fight which one of the victims is being pummeled by a bully. Discipline is needed when dealing with these kids.

Teachers aren’t floor bouncers.
Breaking up a fight is easy though. Secret is to lettum fight long enough for one to whip the other a little then grab the one winning. If the one who was losing still wants to act tough and be aggressive, let the one you’re holding “slip” loose and get some more.

I love to bitch at teachers. But this is something I support?
So a teacher steps in to break up a fight and little Braxton’s mom decides to sue because the teacher laid hands on her son.
What are they supposed to do? We’ve criminalized just about all conflict resolution amongst kids both verbal and physical. Why would a teacher want to expose themselves to potential legal action?
This is the result of the pussified state of affairs in this country.
So a teacher steps in to break up a fight and little Braxton’s mom decides to sue because the teacher laid hands on her son.
