Except it is possible and scientist have done so. This isn’t an option. It’s a statement of fact.

Natural, there's been no telling how many hundreds to thousands over the last century impact us and there will always be 100s of viruses and some emerging viruses. If we shut the country down every time an emerging virus comes through we are gonna be in some serious trouble.

Is eating bat heads for lunch a natural occurrence or a man made event?

Chinese coverup of their mass executions on the Hong Kong protesters

You can always go to another country with similar labor laws. The building of infrastructure will be costly tho

Grown in a lab. The spread is almost too rapid.

I really doubt that's possible to prove, and I don't think one has to be a conspiracy theorist to realize that. In fact, if a scientist or doctor actually made that claim, I think that itself is a big red flag.
Why would that not be possible to prove?

Probably natural, but can't rule out that it was accidentally or intentionally released from the Wuhan facility. It is awfully suspicious that of all the places it could have emerged it happened in the same city where China had this research facility working on coronaviruses.
For those who say it has been proven to be natural, please explain.

Man-made in a Chinese lab! I hope this is a wake-up call to America that those Commie Bastards are our enemy!!

First, what does "man-made" mean here? I don't think anyone thinks scientists assembled this thing molecule by molecule, like Lego.
I do think there are people who think it was made with some level of human intervention. You don't even have to believe that some scientist made targeted edits to an existing virus's RNA to make it into this new, more contagious virus. What if someone just took an existing virus and bombarded it with radiation to cause a bunch of mutations? Presumably they'd then experiment with the results until they could identify and isolate something really nasty.
How would the end result differ, upon examination, from the result of a naturally occurring mutation? It wouldn't.

Man made in the sense that Chinese men are nasty.

Interesting take, possibly so. I stated natural but obviously it's just a guess.

Exactly what viruses have scientists created? Curious about that.
Posted on 3/15/20 at 7:27 pm to SloaneRanger
How do you make a virus?
Posted on 3/15/20 at 7:46 pm to MontyFranklyn
Kind of been proven it was made in a lab in China. Maybe educate yourself more than what the national media is teaching you.

If this is a bioweapon, it is an incredibly shitty one.
A weapon that only kills 3% of the people it infects on it's best day (less than 1% in most of the civilized world) it worthless as a weapon.
