Been in that situation before, but I made it to a restroom. Not a pleasant few minutes trying to find one.

I once pulled over in Gonzales on my way home from the 2010 LSU/WVU game and had to pull over and explode down a sewer grate in the middle of a neighborhood because I couldn't make it to my house a few blocks away

I used to quite frequently have to go while on runs, but at the very least I would find a bush.
