She’ll be a fine upstanding individual in the future.
It’s evident by her demeanor.

Even if she wasn't that much of a special needs kid, that doesn't justify tearing off her bag and tackling her for grazing the principal.

Generally it does. But continue trying to discredit an 11 year old.

But, even if your scenario is true, it makes his behavior even worse.

I don't know her specific diagnosis, but the local news has confirmed that she's in special ed.

Watch the video. You can clearly see she isn’t normal.

The principal offers a wide berth but she keeps saying excuse me.

You’re so stupid you don’t even recognize that people like you create more and more bootlickers every day. Just STFU, Bob.

You yourself are likely a bootlicker depending on circumstance. This particular incident was just such low hanging fruit, a tard like you couldn’t resist.

Nope. In New Mexico, the funding requirements for Special Education require a verified diagnosis and an independent evaluation to be admitted.

Glad he resigned. I was worried he might have a hard time being a policeman somewhere else if he got fired.

Yes. His lunacy and hard line demands that people buy into to his specific ideology or else they’re to be ridiculed and demeaned, push people away from the very thing he pretends he doesn’t want. He doesn’t care about police brutality. Or a police state. He’s a low IQ opportunist that views this incident as a chance to pat himself on the back and tell his leftist friends I told you so.

He himself is a bootlicker. He encourages a police state, but only to condemn those that don’t think like he does.

Honestly, even if she didn't have special needs, any 11 year old would probably be acting a little stressed after being followed around and threatened with arrest by a cop FOR 77 MINUTES.

The guy spent over an hour trying to find a reason to test himself against an 11 year old girl.

Low hanging that we have several defending the cop? That I was attacked for thinking the cop went overboard.

Like I said, go to bed. You are finished.

His enthusiasm about documenting those 3 totally exaggerated “felonies” the child committed is disturbing. With a history of wandering and severe defiance at school, she likely has real psych issues/special needs. The conversation with Mom at the end of the full video also implies this.

The principal was calm throughout and would have been able to handle this better without that officer. The officer is just embarrassed after losing his temper, unnecessarily (and unsuccessfully) attempting to subdue an 11 year old girl, shamelessly lying about what happened, then loudly faking an asthma attack whilst making a bunch of dumb hand motions to the other LEO’s. He’s so proud about documenting 3 felonies and setting up her juvie court appointment at 11:00 the next day he doesn’t even realize how pissed everyone is at him.

What a pathetic little piece of shite.

I know you are right, but hope you are wrong.

Hopefully, media and social media helps in preventing other forces from not seeing or hearing about it.

I’m not usually in favor of mistakes haunting you forever, and I’m not even against this guy working a desk job w a force. But he shouldn’t be in contact w the general public.
