Yeah no doubt, but assuming more than one officer dies every three years, they're likely killing people at a much lower rate than they're being killed.
This thread is the reason why BLM is so fricking frustrating. They took police overstepping their authority - a genuine problem in this country - and turned it into white v black.

Wrong. If there’s an increase, I theorize it is because BLM and other activists have lied about police hunting black people, causing black people to act even irrationally and violently, unfortunately resulting in officers being justified in an increased number of shootings.

Ive never felt like my life was threatened when dealing with a cop, because I’m civilized and know how to act. I also don’t drive around in North BR with my windows down screaming black racial slurs at drug dealers on the corners.

We've all seen the video of a white guy getting fricking blasted in Arizona because he fell trying to follow instructions. That stuff is isolated, but it happens, and officers are rarely held accountable.
