No at that point it’s taser or gun and they all had guns out
That Twitter clip was a weird edit - the full is even worse. Literally the cop yells leave and as he starts to drive screams where are you going, stop (or some similar). Essentially the guy follows the command and nearly gets shot and is arrested.
