I believe he would lie. I believe she would lie. The other kids, with no dog in the fight, are probably telling the truth.
Once one of them is caught in a blatant lie the other one wins. They are also only showing part of the video. You know the camera was out to film the imminent fight so the whole thing was documented by the "videographer".
Suspension or expulsion is on the way for this giant, brawling 12 year old.

I'm sure he was kicked a number of times. When she was flailing her legs when being picked up and in the process of being body slammed. Flailing is kind of a natural reaction. But yes, his implication that she just went up to him and began kicking him is very likely a lie.

I did not see where he said it. I saw where the other students(Witnesses) said it. It would matter a lot when the kicking started.
I would bet a lot that there is plenty more video.

I've seen literally 1 video where I had no doubt the cop had fricked up. The one where he shot a guy trying to get his license out. Even that cop wasnt abusing power. He just made a terrible mistake by being too jumpy.

No, it was on the local news in Baton Rouge this morning. And believe me if I did search the Internet, there would be many many more. These kinds of videos are not difficult to find it all. Now, why do you have difficulty acknowledgeing when a police officer abused his power or went overboard?
