I'm so sorry bud. It's so odd how one minute life is all set and the next it hands out tragedy. I lost my dad wnen I was very young. Be thankful you had many years with yours. From one believer to another...the Lord softens the heart. And if they're asking you, they've already asked God. Share the good news and let Jesus work. You are just supposed to lead the clay to the potter.

I am so sorry you are dealing with this. I do not look forward to this day/period in my life.

But please, leave your dad alone about his beliefs. He isn’t going to Hell just because he doesn’t convert in the 11th hour. None of us knows what happens next.

Putting the literal fear of God into him in his final moments is a cruel thing to do, even if to you it feels like the right thing to do.

Praying for y’all. Talk to him about the times you’ve seen God’s fingerprints in your life-and in his. Talk about God loving him so much that He sacrificed his son and that he would have done it even if your father was the only one. God meets us where we are, and I pray that your dad will welcome Him.
