PF's business model is for 10,000 to sign up, only 600 of the 10,000 continue to go, and 9,995 never cancel because it's so cheap.

They don't like hardcore lifters because equipment wears down faster when people lift heavier weights; and this means less maintenance and more $$$.

Relax Francis! I am sorry you joined a gym for ferries so you would fit in. Go eat some of your fat loss peptides and call it a day, okay? Let’s be friends.

Exactly. It is actually a genius business model. Most people will keep on paying ten bucks a month even though they don't go rather than cancelling and admitting defeat.

It really is not the place for hard core lifters but you can get a decent workout there if you know what you are doing. The on I go to has dumbells that only go up to 75 so I do weighted dips first then incline dumbbell presses, then a hammer strength press and finish with flys on chest day.

Planet Fitness allows transgenders to pick whatever locker room they are comfortable with. Screw that. Why make the 99% uncomfortable to accommodate 1%? I will never go to Planet Fitness ever.

It is just the cool thing to make fun of. I would imagine most people in this thread have never been to one. The one I go to isn't that bad and is like half a mile from my office and I still have a membership to the Ymca.

I've heard of one instance of this happening across the country. It's a dumb policy, but we are talking about far less than 1% of the population, and many of those aren't joint a gym, and many of those aren't going to the separate locker room. So you're really talking about a infinitesimal percent of the population. In other words, it's for the most part, a non-issue.

Simmer down now. How are those peptides working for you, seriously? Post some more pics and post your biceps routine again.

I never have taken peptides but I found the endurance increases along with some fat loss interesting. I am not going to post pics for some fat slob. I have never posted a bicep routine.
