The key takeaway is there was a Delta plane in motion at Hartsfield. Not sitting still on the tarmac. Moving.

I mean we were gearing for take off it felt like.. windows weren’t open. I guess it’s all relative but it felt like we just went over a massive pothole or like those things on the side of the road times 10. Turns out it was a plane

Seems like it would have had to be takeoff roll or just an incredibly high taxi speed to sever an empennage.
