One thing I've found that gives these all away, but may not be caught on the first watch, is that the camera is always perfectly still and the shot perfectly framed. It is like people forget how terrible others are at recording anything on their phones.

The bigger tell us that when the camera does move, it is smooth and not jerky and always dead stops. Nobody can move like that. Its a mash up of real live videos and camera operator movements.
