They had big names play there. I was working at KRRV then, and they would advertise with us. Usually would get the performers there for interviews, too.

My mom has quit cooking, so when we go home, we eat out a lot

Spirits has good food. Mandarin has good Chinese and sushi. Its in the same area as the Tractor Supply store. Hana Japanese is a decent Hibachi experience.

El Paso and Sombreros both have decent Mexican.

Fatboys across from the Coliseum has a pretty good burger

Eddies BBQ next to Canes has good ribs and smoked turkey. Outlaws BBQ is not bad

Lou & Lauras and 3 Potato More has good PoBoys.

Menard is lucky to have him. Perhaps he will help make it worthwhile to pay for an education at HSMCHS. <--do they still call it that?

Always a plus for finer dining establishments.

Don't forget Oriental Wok! I still miss the Tiny Spicy Chicken from there.

Go fishing in the Red River
Take a babe and a jet ski out on Lake Buhlow
Go to a BLM rally on the Louisiana College campus
Tour the Lincoln Memorial Cemetary
Get a corndog and a fountain mountain dew from Leebo's
Get hammered drunk at Pitchers and Pints Brewhouse
Search for boxes of denim under the Allen Bridge

There is plenty to do
