This was on the local news there last weekend. My question is, if they had no evidence to arrest him 50 years ago when he supposedly committed these crimes, how the hell can they have enough now to charge him?

One victim came forward and then a few more.
The way I read the article he is being accused of raping a handful of kids 100 times.
He lived over in the shady part of Pineville behind Baker Manufacturing and the Creosote Plant.

No time limit for 1st deg rape. Someone could accuse an old person of rape from the 1940s with zero physical evidence and that 90 year old man will be cuffed and perp walked and jailed one a $100k bond.
