this shite is crazy..... so if someone gets in your way of you doing something illegal and you push them out of the way you face assault charges?
thats the same shite going down with protesters blocking traffic and want charges brought up to people that hit them with their car.

This I agree with. But from what I'm reading it sounds like a little gay boy was tossed over a fence, not simply pushed.
