Interesting-- this photo was taken at a certain limited time right around 1965.
How do we know this? Because they are in front of a 7-Eleven and drinking Icees, not Slurpees.
After a successful trial of Icee machines in 100 stores, in 1965 7-Eleven made a licensing deal with The Icee Company to sell the product under certain conditions. Two of these were that 7-Eleven must use a different name for the product, and that the company was allowed to sell the product only in 7-Eleven locations in the US, a non-compete clause ensuring the two drinks never went head to head for distribution rights. 7-Eleven in 1966 then began selling the same product but under the name of "Slurpee" (for the sound made when drinking them).

there was a chain of stores in my hometown called Fil-a-Sac that sold Icees at that time, used to collect the coupons off the cups, never knew what they were for

This "then and now" photo just depresses me.
Same for the old Lincoln Beach and that fiasco of an amusement park off Michoud in N.O. East.
Years ago me and a few friends would head to Hayne Blvd. and check out the old Lincoln Beach facility. They had a hell of a nice sandy beach on that property. Not sure what it would look like now since it's been decades since I ventured out that way.

Pretty sure that's the drag queen named "Divine" who was in quite a few cult classics and had parts in movies from 1966 to 2013.
It is Devine and Jagger probably hit it and got hit by it.

Holy phuck.
I was High Delta of the LXA (UF) chapter
and Lil Sister chairman in 1985. But I don't recognize either of these two.
Fall 87 I started UT grad school so this was my first semester away from this chapter.
Who is this btw?
