Yep, after they'd already gotten out on their own and decided to go back into the cave so Barney wouldn't look the fool to the townsfolk that were assisting in the rescue.

they went back in there so Ange could knock the bottom out of that one more time before pesky Barney showed up to block once again

Good call. Barney was kind of clueless when Andy wanted to spend time with a young lady.

That episode with the really cute blond gal Mary where Barney kept butting in every time they tried to be alone was funny.

Don Knots owned that character and was such a big part of that show. When he left to pursue more roles in movies, the show went downhill, especially when that annoying character Warren became a short lived deputy replacing Barney.

First time I saw that photo, my immediate thought was the #5 cylinder head temp instrument was probably 4" long and probably only had 4-1/4" of harness attached and of course, had to be pulled out from the front!
