This is a photograph of Conrad Heyer, taken in the year 1852. At the time Mr. Heyer was 103 years old. Born in 1749, Heyer is a candidate for the title of being the oldest person to ever be photographed. As a veteran of the American Revolution, Heyer crossed the Delaware with Washington on Christmas Day 1776 and fought in the resulting Battle of Trenton.
