This ad is supposedly from Memphis, 1926. However it lists "Sherry Wine and Rum Flavor". Was this some way to get around the Prohibition laws?

Watched an old Alfred Hitchcock Presents. He always started his "playlets" with a funny introduction. In the intro for this episode he had a full grocery cart and a cop was writing him a ticket for going to slow in the fast lane. He said he was held up in the condiment aisle when he was handed this brochure.
