Those pictures of Grace Kelly & William Holden reminds me that Holden was quoted in his memoirs as saying she was a classy & beautiful person but "when I got into her panties she turned into the world's biggest slut." She had many famous affairs with other Hollywood stars, several who were on record as saying similar things. Hard to imagine.

that was her reputation and she made no "bone" about it, she was proud of it and according to many, very good at it, and God bless her for it

I've always wondered what they mean by this.
What was their line?
I feel like my definition is...farther away from missionary than theirs

Natalie Schafer, "Mrs. Howell" was 64 when she joined the cast. 13 years older than Jim Backus, "Mr. Howell". Natalie was the only actual millionaire of the cast.

Are you sure that's Natalie Schaefer? That looks like a 1940s vintage photo (the hairstyle), and I've seen her in some small parts in some late-1940s films, and she was already quite middle-aged, and easily identifiable. This photo looks too young and too pretty.
I've also seen her in an early Vitaphone short-subject from about 1929 or 1930, which is on one of the Warner dvd collections. Much younger-looking there, but still doesn't quite resemble the photo posted. Of course, I could be wildly wrong. All that 1940s glamour goop can really alter appearances. But I just wanted to register some doubt.

I think you're right. A goggle image search says it's Susan Peters. My source was wrong. She and Schaefer do have the same eyes.

Back in the 60s when I was paying 30 cents a gallon, the service was also included in the price, windshield cleaning, tire pressure and fluid levels check.
