and "National" was usually painted on the center engine.
I looked up all operators and did not find anything close to that paint scheme with "ional" in the name.
ETA: I found a picture of the Scandinavian contestants by the same plane. THey are posed farther back and it was National's.

November 27, 1940. After two years and over 40 million visitors, the 1939-40 New York World's Fair, with the theme "The World of Tomorrow," is in the process of being dismantled. The fair's symbols, the Trylon and Perisphere, are in the background, still, for the moment, intact.
