Picard vs Vader Face-off: who wins?

Vader and it's not even close. The Executor is 19k meters long. The Enterprise is about 6oom long.

The volley of rounds that would flow from the Executor's turbolasers would overwhelm the Enterprise in no time. Picard would have to rely on some crazy plan to work, such as beaming people into the engine department and blowing it up from within. As an example, the battle between the two ships in Star Trek Into Darkness is a good reference as to why the Enterprise doesn't stand a chance.

Picard wins if you take the force choke away. the Empire's shields would never defend against a federations photon torpedoes. Maybe she can with stand phaser blasts, but not the torpedoes.
Mr. Worf. Lock on photon torpedoes. Full spread. Take out those two round things. Data and Geordi would be able to modulate the shields to within stand those blasters. The empire would have to send in hundreds of tie fighters to have a chance, and by that point the torpedoes would have ended it.
The weapons on star wars are pretty much like a video game. You fire and hope you hit. The Enterprise locks on to targets and hits directly.. especially if you can manuever around a lot. Vader's ship can hit hyper space, but it doesn't move a lot in battle.

Picard would just teleport an explosive charge onto Vader’s bridge....game over. Teleportation tech and shield tech is the game changer in this battle. Plus the phaser and photon torpedo targeting tech is far superior to Star Wars tech. In Star Trek lore we are taught that lasers don’t do shite to federation shields. It’s all about changing frequency of the weapon which phasers and disrupters can do.

If somehow the Enterprise survives a blitzkrieg of a squadron of tie fighters, Vader would take a boarding party aboard what's left of the ship and slice through the rest of the crew like in Rogue One.
