No, that's ridiculous.

Cheating is a shitty thing to do, but you can't arrest people for all their shitty decisions or everyone would be locked up.

Cheating is shitty, but it is not a crime. The best you have is breach of contract and grounds for divorce. Just make sure you get the good half of yall's shite!
