I am so glad I am not alone in my disdain for this phrase. I cringe every time someone says it.

“It takes a village to raise a child.”

“Um” when used repeatedly.

“I could care less.”

“I’m originally from Picayune and...” -you know there will be a bad ending.

Yeah, that's the poli board's favorite phrase. At least they got off of "confirmation bias."

When someone says “your stupid” and they don’t finish the sentence and tell me my stupid what. So annoying.

“Literally”

Notice how many times you see/hear it used by EVERYONE daily. It’s mind numbing how society is such a herd of sheep.

Well if "virtue signalling" is "bad" we need another phrase because it is epidemic.

Cynical pandering is good, fake outrage is probably older than virtue signalling, and phony horseshite grandstanding is probably too broad, like referring to a square as a rectangle.

My phrases are "for the children", " this legislation will kill people", "women and minorities will be more adversely affected", and "moderate Democrat".

I hate when people say that a certain dish at a restaurant is "to die for"

No. No it isn't.

“So good it’ll make you wanna slap ya momma”

I’ve never heard someone say this that wasn’t trashy.
