It's the highlight of my otherwise boring work day when I get to lay on the horn and scare the shite out of the jackass who's got their head down in their phone when the light turns green.
So may cell phones flying....

you will get the typical lower class mentality response of something like "oh like you don't make mistakes"

Saw a viral Facebook video yesterday of an overexcited parent calling their teenage children down to open presents on Christmas morning at like 7:30 AM.. three teenagers (I’m guessing here) walked down the hall to the Christmas tree, ALL facedown in their phones, real early Christmas morning.... who the frick are you texting that early? Updating your status on MySpace? Put the fricking phone down and get lost in whatever you’re doing
This is just one example, but sloflopro is 100% correct, it’s gone too far. A lot of people can’t do anything without their phones. When I hang out with my younger cousins (mid to late 20s) they and all of their friends are facedown in their phone the whole time, and if I don’t have a charger available, then it’s time to go

In last 30 minutes have seen 3 people staring at their phones trip and fall because they dont see end of walkway coming up.
I would rather read something on my phone while at an airport than stare at all the unhappy fat people

Gotta people watch at international airports. That’s when you see some interesting and more attractive people.

In Seoul, everyone below the age of 30 is glued to their phones. They are either texting, watching a movie or playing games.

SE Asia is much worse if you can imagine it. I took a photo during a business trip to Singapore (no brag) while on one of their trains.
I'm not kidding when I say 99% of the people had earbuds/headphones on and their faces buried in their phones. Nobody was looking up, looking outside, or talking to one another. It looked like a pose for some art project.
Need to see if I can find it and I will post it on here.
